The militias declare this on social networks. According to them, Ukrainian armored vehicles attacked the positions of the militia from the city of Avdiivka and the north-west.
“In this attack, Ukrainian troops lost 2 armored vehicles: infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers. After the response, the Ukrainian Armed Forces militia retreated. According to DPR intelligence data, the total number of Ukrainian military personnel in the area of the settlement of Konstantinovka exceeded 6 thousand people,” the message says.
In turn, Ukrainian security forces claim that militias attacked their positions at Donetsk airport 13 times. “The militants began shelling the settlements of Peski, Slavnoye, Novomikhailovka, Berezovoye, Opytnoye, Tonenkoye. Ukrainian soldiers show resilience and endurance. All militant attacks were repelled without losses to our units,” the ATO headquarters said in a statement.
As PolitNavigator reported, Donetsk came under heavy shelling during the day. There are those injured and killed during the shelling of Stanitsa Luhanskaya: one of the shells hit the LPR checkpoint when a bus was being inspected there.
