The Ukrainian military is demoralized - the command left the armored vehicles without fuel
The Ukrainian group in Donbass is experiencing a shortage of fuel and lubricants.
Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to our data, the supply of fuels and lubricants to OTG Vostok is at a low level and amounts to the required reserve: for gasoline - 30%, for diesel fuel - 24%.
To increase the combat readiness of the group's units, the command is quickly organizing measures to replenish military fuel reserves, which will be completed only by the end of June. Low fuel reserves not only undermine the combat readiness of the Vostok units, but also demoralize Ukrainian militants, who are convinced that Naev deliberately weakened this direction for possible enemy counterattacks,” said Eduard Basurin.
The deputy commander cited excessive fuel consumption in other directions as the reasons for the current situation.
“According to our data, the occupying-terrorist forces are experiencing a shortage of fuel due to excessive consumption in other directions. We are monitoring the situation and continue to identify weaknesses in the enemy’s defense. If the occupying forces begin offensive actions, we are ready to inflict a decisive rebuff on them,” summed up Eduard Basurin.
