Ukrainian military still have not left Debaltseve - ATO headquarters

This was announced by ATO speaker Anatoly Stelmakh.
“The operation is now in its final stages. Almost all of our military have already left, but we are still delaying some of our units,” he said.
According to Stelmakh, more than 90% of the personnel have now been withdrawn.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that 2 Ukrainian military personnel left Debaltsevo; six soldiers died during the exit, and more than 475 were injured.
