“A militant of the 56th brigade, Lyakhovsky, being absent without leave in the area of the village of Peski, abusing alcohol, went to the positions of the 28th brigade. Lyakhovsky did not respond to the demand to stop moving, and after the first warning shots, he returned fire. As a result of the shootout, Lyakhovsky and two occupiers from the 28th brigade received injuries of varying degrees of severity,” said Daniil Bezsonov.

He also added that, according to established tradition, the commands of the above brigades presented these losses as combat losses, allegedly received as a result of shelling from the DPR NM units.
