Ukrainian military fired rockets at a biosphere reserve protected by UNESCO
Recent bombastic tests of a new Ukrainian missile turned into a scandal. It turns out that the Ukrainian military fired on the territory of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve in the Kherson region, which is under the protection of UNESCO.

Specialists from the organization “Ecology – Law – People” drew attention to this fact, as reported in the “Zrada Chi Peremoga” public page on the social network.
“The arrival of military equipment and explosions of large-caliber missiles in these territories are unacceptable,” experts note. “The security regime of the protected area excludes even the possibility of individuals (except for reserve workers) mooring to its shores and staying there.”
“But the military doesn’t care. UNESCO will not protect against Russian invasion. And therefore, they planned another exercise in the unique reserve for March 2018,” the message says.
