“Howitzer artillery fire came from the village of Kondrashovka (Stanichno-Lugansk district) along the outskirts of the suburban village of Veselenkoe. The situation also remained uneasy in the Slavyanoserbsk region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired mortars at the positions of Lugansk residents between the settlements of Prishib and Smeloe.
