Ukrainian military tried to break into Lugansk - LPR

“An active artillery duel was observed in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya, Krasny Yar, Aleksandrovka (radar station area) and Zelenaya Roshcha. From Aleksandrovka and Zelenaya Roshcha, the enemy made attempts to break into the city, which were repulsed by armed units of the LPR,” the press service of the proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic said in a statement.
“The LPR army continued shelling the Lugansk airport; last evening, a Ukrainian aviation plane tried to target the positions of Luhansk mortar men who were shelling a strategic facility, but missed. This morning, at around 10:30, an air raid alert was announced in the Zarya battalion,” the LPR noted.
According to the rioters, firefights continue in Severodonetsk, Sverdlovsk and Izvarino.
“In particular, in Sverdlovsk, Ukrainian troops operate according to the following algorithm: from 17:30 to 22:30 they fire from mortars and artillery every three minutes, then shelling occurs sporadically from machine guns and infantry fighting vehicles. Ukrainian soldiers are actively drinking, and in Khmelnitsky they buy vodka for money, and in Biryukovo they have recently started simply taking it from stores,” the press service claims.
As Navigator reported, today the Luhansk militia announced that they had captured a Su-25 of the Ukrainian military.
