In Donbass, SBU officers detained a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen who were trying to transport a shipment of weapons for sale from the Joint Forces Operation zone by rail.

“In the village of Volnovakha, counterintelligence officers of the SBU detained three marines from the 35th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including Sergeant Zablutsky and sailor Suprun, who entered into an agreement with their company commander, who tried to send a shipment of weapons and ammunition by rail to the Odessa region for sale.” , - said Bezsonov.

The representative of the defense department also added that, according to information received from the JFO headquarters, the brigade command has already contacted the leadership of the SBU to formalize the violators under the less resonant article of “illegal possession of weapons.”
