This is reported by the publication Island with reference to social network users. In particular, kilometer-long queues formed on the Maryinskaya highway. At the checkpoint, bus passengers are required to have a special pass, which they are advised to obtain at the Novoselkovsky District Department of Internal Affairs, where the issuance point is supposedly located.
“Today at the Novomikhailovsky checkpoint everything is about to turn around. Travel strictly with special passes. But, naturally, no one has ever seen them. So don’t try to get through the Zaporozhye highway today,” said a Facebook user named Tatyana.
“Now a friend is standing behind Maryanka, she was going to Kramatorsk. He says all the buses are being turned around,” writes Donetsk resident Elena.
As PolitNavigator reported, in The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine statedthat movement in the ATO zone is possible with special passes. The department claims that it will be possible to submit documents directly at the checkpoints, but you will need to wait 10 days to receive it.
We note earlier in Mariupol they restricted entry and exit from the city and introduced special passes, which supposedly should be issued by the SBU.
