“We continue to receive information about violations of the rights of citizens located in the territories controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Thus, in order to accommodate military personnel of the 10th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a school in the city of Popasna was seized. Currently, fortification work is being carried out on the territory. This and other facts confirm that the ATO command violates the constitutional rights and international norms of humanitarian law of the residents of Donbass,” summed up the representative of the republic’s defense department.
