The killer fled the scene, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Volyn region.
Upon the fact of the murder, the military prosecutor's office of the Lutsk garrison of the Western region of Ukraine began criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 (premeditated murder) and Part 1 of Article 408 (desertion) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Primary investigative actions are being carried out, the body of the deceased was taken to the morgue for examination, a search is being carried out for the killer and witnesses are being questioned, law enforcement officials report.
