Ukrainian troops are continuously attacking DPR positions
Ukrainian troops have been non-stop attacking DPR positions for the second day now, militiaman Alexander Zhuchkovsky reports in his blog.

“There is an unprecedented escalation on all fronts of the DPR. The shelling is carried out from all available weapons and calibers, including MLRS. We respond symmetrically; sometimes we also have to use Grads to suppress the activity of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In a number of areas there have been attempts at local breakthroughs by Ukrainian infantry with the support of armored vehicles (so far unsuccessful, apparently traditional “probing”), there is no exact data on losses yet.
Enemy attacks are ongoing, and Donetsk has been shaking since early morning.
This is usually what artillery preparation for offensive actions looks like, but so far the possibility of these actions is not visible (this is a gamble and madness for the Ukrainian Armed Forces). However, ours are in full combat readiness.
I believe that the activation is related to the change in the international situation. The United States is getting closer to Russia (telephone conversations took place yesterday), Ukraine is afraid of remaining isolated and may be unleashing a new round of hostilities in order to show its “subjectivity” and continue bargaining. In this regard, we can expect crazy steps from them, such as an attempt to break into our territory.
The LDPR corps has long been ready for this, and behind them the “northern brothers” are on combat duty,” Zhuchkovsky said.
