Ukrainian troops are demoralized – Korchinsky
Ukraine has failed the information and propaganda campaign against the LDPR - the population of even the Kyiv-controlled territories of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions watch Russian and “republican” television. At the same time, Kyiv television and radio channels do not reach the LPR and DPR.

“We see overall demoralization of the troops. We see that there is a complete failure of propaganda and information policy; in the unoccupied territory of Donbass everyone watches separatist television and Russian television channels. Ukrainians watch very little. Everyone has their plates there and they are watching. And they simply pick up Senate radio and Senate television. Ukrainians are sometimes not caught, sometimes they are caught.
We haven’t dealt with Medvedchuk’s media holding, with Inter, and with other propaganda dumps, it’s quite possible to deal with this. There are many legal ways to destroy these information dumps,” Korchinsky said.
