According to him, Kyiv has already prepared troops for an attack on Donetsk and Lugansk. It is no coincidence that the Ukrainian side disrupted negotiations within the Minsk process.

We don’t want war, because we - unlike those who live in the former Ukraine - know that it is not on TV. But if Kyiv attacks us again, I can say one thing - let them not complain later, retreating to Kyiv, there will be no Minsk-3!” – Zakharchenko warned.
