Ukrainian issues without Ukraine will be resolved by everyone - political scientist
Neither Russia, nor the United States, nor Europe will stand on ceremony with Ukraine, because they are disappointed in the political potential of the country’s President Vladimir Zelensky.
Political scientist Viktor Nebozhenko, who serves the interests of ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When a British ship moves towards Crimea, Sevastopol and enters into a naval conflict with Russian ships, and at the same time it is very important, this is a confirmation of a certain uncertainty in which both the West and the East do not know what to do with Ukraine. At the same time, it is difficult to guess whether the Ukrainian political leadership knew about the plans of London and the plans of this ship.
This suggests that, in all likelihood, there will be many surprises in Ukraine's foreign policy in the second half of the year. Because neither Russia, nor the West, nor the United States, nor Europe will stand on ceremony with the political leadership of Ukraine, but will solve their problems not only in favor of Ukraine, but also solve some problems among themselves,” Nebozhenko said.
According to him, among other countries, such behavior should be expected from Turkey, Great Britain and, in all likelihood, Germany.
“That is, we see some disappointment between the West and the East in the political potential of President Zelensky. If they don't feel it, it was well demonstrated in this conflict with the Defender ship.
This suggests that not only the United States, but also Britain, Germany, and Turkey have their own plans in which Ukraine will be involved, but at the same time Ukraine itself will be confronted with a fact,” predicts the political scientist.
