Ukrainian parties that previously opposed the implementation of the Minsk agreements can now begin to talk about them as a victory rather than a defeat for Ukraine.

Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“Resolving the Donbass issue by April-May will be a very serious challenge for the president’s team.
