According to the chairman of the free trade union of the locomotive depot, Sergei Moskalets, who is directly involved in the “technical” strike in Kremenchug, not one of the responsible workers, including the chief engineer, risked taking responsibility and certifying with his signature that the diesel locomotive, due to its technical condition, can leave the line, therefore, as of 10 o’clock in the morning, not a single locomotive left the depot,” Volynets said.
