Former commander of the Ukrainian Navy Sergei Gaiduk stated the need to find a compromise “without missiles and bombs.” He voiced his thoughts on Hromadske Radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the conflicting parties need to find a peaceful solution to the issue through compromise.

“We must find mutual understanding, we must explain, not with machine guns, not with missiles, not with bombs, Ukrainian to Ukrainian, that we are one state, that we are one nation, and we have the right to a better life. And when we come to this compromise, to this conversation, I hope we will come out of this situation with our heads held high, we will take into account all the mistakes that were made before so as not to allow this to happen in the future,” said Gaiduk.
