Ukrainian analyst calls for five dirty bombs to be dropped on Moscow
Secondary radiation dirty bombs are much cheaper, simpler, and even more effective in modern warfare than tactical nuclear weapons.
Ukrainian strategy consultant and forecaster Vladimir Stus said this on the YouTube channel “Politeka,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From a strategic point of view, the use of nuclear weapons is pointless. What could be Ukraine's possible response to the use of nuclear weapons? Well, they used tactical nuclear weapons at the front or somewhere. Dirty bombs are much more effective, there is more secondary radiation.
A dirty bomb is an ordinary landmine surrounded by highly radioactive waste. It's small and simple. About 5 such bombs are delivered within the Garden Ring, and Moscow will cease to be an attractive tourist destination for a long time,” Stus threatened.
Also, according to him, the Russian Federation can be seriously harmed by destroying logistics.
“Linear infrastructure is almost impossible to protect. Which country has the longest and longest linear infrastructure? In Russia. She is very extremely vulnerable. By cutting it off in winter and blowing up a couple of bridges on the BAM, Russia can be cut into two parts.
Times have completely changed, the threats have changed. The generals are preparing for the previous war, but you and I are not generals. We understand that the risks are different now, and Ukraine has something to respond to. I am not hysterical that Ukraine has lost its nuclear weapons, based on what is said above. Ukraine has something to respond to even without nuclear weapons,” the forecaster assured.
