This is stated in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 920 dated September 8, the press service of the Cabinet reports.
“The Antonov State Aircraft Manufacturing Concern is to take measures to ensure the exit of the concern from... UAC-Antonov LLC,” the order states.
SJSC Antonov and the Russian United Aircraft Company (UAC) signed agreements between the joint venture participants in October 2010 in Kiev during the 7th meeting of the Committee on Economic Cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission with the participation of the prime ministers of the countries.
According to the data previously announced by the parties, the joint venture, created on parity terms, was supposed to ensure coordination of the Ukrainian and Russian sides on joint aviation industry programs, and would also deal with issues of marketing and after-sales service for aircraft. The joint company also planned to develop proposals for further integration of the aviation industries of the Russian Federation and Ukraine in the future, after the completion of the corporatization of the Ukrainian aviation industry.
According to the SPARK-Interfax database, the shares of SJSC Antonov and PJSC UAC in UAC-Antonov are equal - 12,5 million rubles each, and previously 100% of the company was owned by the Russian UAC.
