Ukrainian militant: Let's wait for the crisis in Russia and hit Donbass

Ukraine must wait until Russia is weakened and internally destabilized to launch a rapid, massive offensive in the Donbass.

The leader of the Brotherhood group banned in the Russian Federation, Dmitry Korchinsky, stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, so far Ukraine does not have enough strength to wage a major war.

“It is clear that we cannot carry out a general offensive now, because this will increase the intensity of the conflict. Frankly speaking, our armed forces are now not ready for a war on two or three fronts at once, which we will have to wage. For example, the Donetsk front, the Crimean front and a front somewhere in the Kharkov or Chernigov area. Our armed forces are not yet capable of operating on such fronts at the same time.

Therefore, we need to keep the conflict at the stage in which it now exists in order to be able, in the event of a crisis within the Russian Federation, to take advantage of this crisis.

These crises periodically arise in the Russian Federation, this is an unstable structure and we have a chance to wait for such a crisis in the coming years. The moment it arises, we need to have enough armed forces that can immediately go on the offensive,” Korchinsky said.
