Ukrainian militant: “If ATO participants are judged according to peacetime laws, all of Ukraine will become an ATO zone”

About it wrote platoon commander of the National Guard battalion “Donbass” Dmitry Babkin on Facebook.
“If ATO participants are judged according to peacetime laws and codes, the territory of the entire country will turn into an ATO. In the spring-summer of 2014, it was necessary to knock out a wedge with a wedge, which is what we, the participants in those events, did! That’s right, trampling morality and law!” – he noted.
Babkin added that, in his opinion, supporters of the “Russian world” in Ukraine should have felt fear “before committing any act,” and the volunteers instilled this fear in them.
“Without diving into details and without throwing materials to the nerds from the prosecutor’s office, I will say only one thing - I assure you, I also have something to prosecute under peacetime laws“- said the commander of the “Donbass” platoon,” the platoon commander confesses.
Babkin explained that he does not consider the “squeezing” of other people’s property in war reprehensible.
“If, during combat operations, a fighter needs to complete a combat mission and survive, and for this he needs food, water, some things, someone’s car, something else - this is not considered looting,” he emphasized.
Babkin added that the militants who went through the ATO “have long crossed the red line,” are not afraid of anyone and “communicate with the Lord without intermediaries.”
“Most of us have already had one foot “there”, and some have two... My love for Ukraine does not need either the president, or the Verkhovna Rada, or other state institutions, and even more so people temporarily acting on behalf of and on behalf of ! Just keep this in mind,” the platoon commander threatens.
