Ukrainian armored personnel carrier was blown up by its own mine, there are dead and wounded
Negligence and carelessness continue to reign in the ranks of the Ukrainian army. Thus, the Ukrainian command, transferring personnel from one position to another, forgot or did not consider it necessary to give the driver a map of the minefields.
Representative of the DPR Ministry of Defense Eduard Basurin spoke about this at a briefing in Donetsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Our reconnaissance continues to identify enemy losses in personnel and military equipment.
So, yesterday at 18 o’clock, while transporting personnel of the 10th infantry infantry battalion of the 59th infantry infantry brigade from position to position, three kilometers northeast of the village of Pavlopol, an armored personnel carrier was blown up by a mine. One Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman was killed and three were injured. To evacuate the dead and wounded, the enemy brought in additional forces and resources, including engineering units that cleared mines from the area. At the same time, to divert attention from the implementation of evacuation measures, military personnel of the 10th battalion of the 59th brigade, in violation of the Minsk agreements, used 82-mm mortars and small arms at the positions of the DPR armed forces.
It is important to note that our units did not return fire and allowed the enemy to freely evacuate their dead and wounded as a result of the negligence of the commander of the 10th battalion of the 59th brigade.
In addition, yesterday the losses of personnel in the 25th airborne brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were revealed. Thus, as a result of a head-on collision between an armored personnel carrier and a KRAZ truck transporting personnel in the area of Marinovka, three Ukrainian servicemen were seriously injured. After a preliminary investigation, it was established that the KRAZ driver was intoxicated.
Thus, we see that the majority of losses in units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine occur through the fault of commanders who lost control over their personnel or committed a gross violation of established security measures,” said Eduard Basurin.
