A Ukrainian armored personnel carrier rammed a motorcade of OSCE observers
The OSCE Monitoring Mission's motorcade was involved in an accident involving a Ukrainian armored personnel carrier. After the accident, the observers continued to follow the assigned route.

“Today, the motorcade of Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug rammed an armored personnel carrier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The accident occurred in the area of the village of Orlovka (near Avdeevka). There were no injuries, the monitoring mission continued its route,” the Investigative Committee reported.
