The Ukrainian governor of the part of the Lugansk region that remained under the control of Kyiv, Gennady Moskal, with the local population using obscene gestures.
Moskal himself published a corresponding photo on his social network page, taken in Trekhizbenka, Lugansk region.
“A conversation with a quilted woman who came to visit from Lugansk. The topic is how to briefly say to a person the phrase: “Sorry, but I categorically disagree with your ideological position regarding the events in Donbass!” – the official wrote.
