Ukrainian official cursed Galkin and Pugacheva
Ukraine must discover the Western show business market, because it is there that Ukrainian music will be in demand, in contrast to the “second-rate” Russian stage.
The director of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, Vladimir Vyatrovich, who is in charge of the process of falsifying history, stated this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I think discovering Western markets, which are much more interesting. Western show business is an order of magnitude higher than Russian. Listen, what is Russian show business? These are the same Pugachevs, Galkins, and so on, who have absolutely not produced anything new for decades. This is an absolutely secondary product, and there is nothing that one could regret that the Ukrainians, you see, lost,” he noted, answering a journalist’s question about what Ukraine should do in the face of the loss of the Russian show business market.
“If Russian show business is secondary compared to the Western one, because it does not produce anything new, it only repeats what was once sounded somewhere in the West, then our so-called “stars” repeat what is sounded still in Russia. I am convinced that Ukrainian performers and Ukrainian show business should have a little more ambition, the ambition to show themselves in the West,” Vyatrovich added.
