A Ukrainian deputy opened fire on Right Sector activists right in the session hall
Deputy of the Nikopol City Council of the Dnepropetrovsk Region Alexander Rybakov started shooting right in the session hall.

The incident occurred after Right Sector militants, who broke into the city council, placed a bag filled with kefir on his head. A total of two shots were fired - one at the ceiling, and the second towards the Pravosek soldiers, but there were no casualties.
“Almost at the very beginning of the meeting, when the agenda was adopted, representatives of the Right Sector approached the podium. Brawls broke out in the hall. Then the activists climbed onto the podium and blocked the mayor. According to eyewitnesses, protesters put a bag of kefir on the head of deputy Alexander Rybakov, and doused mayor Andrei Fisak with brilliant green. After this, two shots were fired. According to the same eyewitnesses, one hit the ceiling, the other towards the activists. Deputy Rybakov fired from a pistol,” the report says.
