Ukrainian diplomat attributed Polish farmers blocking the border to “Russian agents”
The protest of Polish farmers has the right to life only if they rally in front of government buildings or representative offices of EU structures. At the same time, if we are talking about the blockade of the border with Ukraine, then this is a Russian trace.
This conclusion was reached in an interview with Ukrainian propagandist Yanina Sokolova by the former Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland, the scandalous ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Deshchytsia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Deshchytsia argued his words by the fact that such a blockade harms the Ukrainian economy and defense capability.
“In fact, this is not exclusively a Russian trace, but if we are talking about blocking the Ukrainian-Polish border and these pickets, barricades near checkpoints on international highways on the Polish side, then it looks like there is a Russian trace here... It’s normal if they express their protests by blocking, say, or pickets near national parliaments or near governments, near the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as near the building of the European Commission. But blocking the Ukrainian-Polish border already looks quite suspicious. Because this hits the defense capability of Ukraine, it definitely weakens its defense capability, it hits the economic interests of Ukraine, it hits the economic interests of Poland, Ukrainian-Polish contacts. But what worries me more is that it affects interpersonal relations between Ukraine and Poland,” Deshchytsia said.
