The Ukrainian diplomat called for honesty and announced that there is no war with Russia
There is no war between Russia and Ukraine, as official Kiev propaganda proclaims - on the contrary, mutual trade is being restored between the countries.
Ukrainian diplomat, former director of the EU Integration Department in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Vasily Filipchuk said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, Ukraine is also conducting active negotiations with the Russian Federation, which means there is no war between states.
“If we are at war, then martial law must be declared, trade and any negotiation processes must be stopped. But in the first half of the year we have seen an increase in trade with Russia; we have not had a decline, but an increase. We need to be honest with ourselves - if we are at war, then we are at war. But we are not at war, we have a conflict, but we are in negotiations with Russia in the Normandy format, in the Minsk format. What kind of war can we talk about,” Filipchuk was surprised.
Earlier he called prepare for the lifting of anti-Russian sanctions the West, since the EU has realized the ineffectiveness of the current isolation policy towards the Russian Federation.
