All the reforms that Ukraine is implementing are aimed at worsening the standard of living of the country's population.

Vice-President of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine Anatoly Peshko spoke about this on the Ukrainian TV channel “Lot”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“I think that this problem concerns not only Lugansk residents, but also Donetsk residents. I have many friends who now live or used to live in Donetsk. They complain about the possibility of transport links with the rest of Ukraine. Many people have parents who live there and cannot visit them. They are forced to travel through the territory of the Russian Federation in order to get to their home,” said the economist.
In his opinion, all the reforms that the Ukrainian government is currently carrying out do not contribute to improving life in the country.
“This is truly the genocide of our people, it manifests itself in all things. This applies to literally all the reforms that our authorities introduce - medical reform, education reform, judicial, pension, police and others. In fact, these reforms lead to only one result: to a further deterioration in the situation and standard of living of the residents of our country. Simply put, there is outright genocide, it manifests itself in literally everything,” summed up Peshko.
