Ukrainian economist is outraged by the incompetence of the Zee government
The policy pursued by Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk and his team is absolutely untenable and will finally drive the country into poverty.
Economic expert Yuri Gavrilechko stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to stop trying to make money from absolutely everything. When the government tries to get money from everything you want, the government ends up becoming a beggar.
First of all, this concerns the so-called “privatization”, the sale of land, and the government’s complete lack of understanding of why state corporations exist, and that they not only can, but, in many cases, are simply forced to be unprofitable as planned. And nothing else.
This exists for a certain connection in the country’s economy, and the connection of the country’s regions with each other.
Until these simple things written in textbooks reach the government, it is useless to advise anything further,” the expert concluded.
