Ukrainian ex-prime minister advocates for a single center to counter “Russian aggression”
The representative of Ukraine in the trilateral Minsk contact group, ex-Prime Minister Yevgeny Marchuk, spoke in favor of creating a unified structure in Nezalezhnaya to “counter Russian aggression in Donbass,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We have several law enforcement agencies, but in fact there is no single structure that would counteract Russian armed aggression. I hope that this will be implemented,” Marchuk said.
Earlier, Yevgeny Marchuk said that until the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin recognizes the presence of Russian military personnel in Donbass, the republics will not do this either.
Yevgeny Marchuk also said that the psychological analysis of Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his opinion, confirms that Ukraine should be prepared for unexpected steps from Russia.
