“We have begun to radically increase the size of the Armed Forces, but our technical equipment is lagging behind. When creating new brigades and units, we have problems with personnel officers and equipment for these troops. If these problems are not solved and conditions are not created for the development of our security components, then we will have the illusion of combat effectiveness, but in fact the situation will be much worse,” Zgurets said.
