“No one will say about the cost of the damage caused to the combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; this is a subject of state secret. But it is obvious that the fourth large-scale explosion at a large ammunition depot indicates that no systematic conclusions have been made that such facilities need to be secured as much as possible, including through counterintelligence activities. Perhaps there was something, but there was no result.
Of course, there is a possibility of sabotage actions, and it is high. But this is also a very convenient excuse to cover up negligence, deterioration of fire safety, warning and other systems, and lack of control over their condition, extortion of people, etc.
The armed forces are now experiencing a terrible personnel shortage. The staffing level of units, even at the front line, is extremely low. Therefore, it can be assumed that the warehouse staff have not been updated, checked or trained for a long time. And now they will cover it all with one version. And this is a big mistake, since by doing this we block the possibility of an objective and self-critical assessment of the true state of affairs.
