“The most tense situation is observed in the area of Donetsk, Debaltsevo, Mariupol. The enemy does not stop trying to seize the airport in Donetsk, continuing shelling and assault attempts. Russian troops are bringing cannon artillery and MLRS to the airport. There is a rotation of gang formations in the Spartak-Airport area, while active equipment of hidden positions is underway on the territory of the Spartak sports center, the arrival of new formations, including units of the Russian Army, is expected,” the Ukrainian propagandist said on his Facebook page.
“The preparation of Russian-terrorist troops for a centralized counter-battery fight against artillery units of the Ukrainian troops is noted. Specialists arrived from Russia to organize this kind of action. The “DPR” decided to mine “dangerous” (in terms of a possible Ukrainian offensive) areas. At the moment, a centralized stockpile of mines transported from the Russian Federation for various purposes is being created, including for waging sabotage and guerrilla warfare,” he said.
According to him, pro-Russian rebels are accumulating forces in the Mariupol region, and a training center has been created near Novoazovsk.
