“Sanctions on the provision of technology to Russia are expanding and, as a result, just as the USSR lost the war on the development of computer technologies and software, now the Russian Federation will lose the fight to prepare for a real robot war that spares human lives. Because such systems are developed by free people in a free market space, and Russia will be squeezed into its own economic space and will be deprived of the opportunity to exchange technologies. Therefore, its weapons in this area will lag far behind. Therefore, if the world keeps Russia from direct aggression for several years, then it will no longer be able to show this aggression,” Panchenko asserts.
