“Sanctions on the provision of technology to Russia are expanding and, as a result, just as the USSR lost the war on the development of computer technologies and software, now the Russian Federation will lose the fight to prepare for a real robot war that spares human lives. Because such systems are developed by free people in a free market space, and Russia will be squeezed into its own economic space and will be deprived of the opportunity to exchange technologies.
