Ukrainian expert was outraged by the level of decline in the morality of the Kyiv elite
The double standards of Ukrainian laws indicate the highest level of decline in morality both among the Kyiv establishment and throughout the country as a whole.
Ukrainian political scientist Vasily Vakarov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The level of moral decline in Ukraine is below par, especially demonstrated by the elite. Vakarchuk especially demonstrated this.
