Ukrainian military expert, director of the Center for Army Research, Conversion and Disarmament Valentin Badrak stated this in an interview with the Kyiv magazine Focus.

“The global problem turned out to be that Ukraine found itself virtually alone with its enemy,” the expert states. – The recent NATO summit confirmed and consolidated this status. We will not receive significant help from the West. But within the framework of the announced budgets for the supply of non-lethal defense equipment, it is still possible to get at least something. You just need to negotiate correctly, correctly voicing your needs.”
