This was reported by the press service of the military prosecutor's office of the Southern region, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the decision of the Economic Court of the Odessa Region, 300 hectares of landfill land, which were illegally used by a private enterprise, were returned to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“The military prosecutor's office of the Belgorod-Dniester garrison filed a lawsuit back in May 2012. She demanded that the Tarutinsky district state administration of the Odessa region and the Kolos-2006 farm invalidate the land lease agreements and reclaim land plots with a total area of 300 hectares in favor of the military department,” the prosecutor’s office noted.
As noted, these lands, worth 988 thousand hryvnia, belong to the lands of the Tarutino combined arms training ground and were illegally used by a private enterprise for growing crops. After 5 years of court hearings, the lands were returned to state ownership.
