The Ukrainian flag has been torn down, Russia is attacking Kyiv, - ex-comrade-in-arms of Yanukovych
Russia's offensive is already underway in Ukraine. This was stated by Taras Chernovol, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Party of Regions and the former head of the election headquarters of Viktor Yanukovych, who now introduces himself as a “political scientist” and speaks from Ukrainian nationalist positions.
Chernovol claims that his former colleagues, renamed the “Opposition Bloc,” have created an informal alliance with Yulia Tymoshenko, and in general are secretly coordinating actions with Moscow.

“The Russian offensive is already inside the country. The united pro-Russian opposition began a joint action to seize regional councils. In the Kyiv region, on the initiative of Batkivshchyna, they have already voted for the basic principles of federalization,” he writes on your Facebook page.
Chernovol obviously interprets the recent vote of the Kyiv Regional Council to introduce gubernatorial elections this way.
Chernovol called the recent change of power in the Kherson Regional Council another example of the “Russian offensive.”
“My aunt, Vyacheslav Chornovil’s sister Valentina Chornovil, recently went to visit friends in Skadovsk. It just happened to be in those days when a single bloc of “Batkivshchyna” and the “Opposition Bloc” was created in the Kherson region and a local coup was carried out. He says that he did not yet know about the events in the regional center, but drew attention to their very vile echoes in Skadovsk the next day,” he wrote
According to Chernovol, in Skadovsk the flagpole was broken and the Ukrainian flag was torn down, and numerous stickers with “racist tricolors, anti-Ukrainian inscriptions and the like” appeared.
“The local vata (and there are a lot of them in the seaside town) joyfully and openly shared the news: “Ours won!” he laments.
