In Avdeevka, a front-line town near Donetsk, occupied by Ukrainian troops, a rally was held, organized by a local deputy.
People who came to the event wanted to find out from the head of the city’s military-civil administration, Pavel Malykhin, how long there would be no gas supply to the residential sector, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Malykhin, who came out to the people, began a conversation in Ukrainian, which irritated those gathered.
Residents shouted “Speak Russian!”, “We don’t understand you!”, to which the Kiev protege categorically responded.
“Dear ones, on the land given to me by God I will speak in the language given to me by God.”
Thank you!
