Ukrainian general: There is no Lend-Lease. They give the minimum so that “the client doesn’t die”
The weapons promised by the United States under the Lend-Lease program never began to arrive in Ukraine.
Former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the general, the United States gives Ukraine only the minimum that allows it to keep it afloat.
“In fact, the stories about Lend-Lease, which has earned... so far I don’t see that it has earned in this volume. We are kept on minimal rations, so that, as they say, the client does not die of hunger, they feed us. You can give more, but for some reason, in certain political nuances, I don’t want to consider now the question of which countries give more or less. Certain territories are small in budget, but provide a huge chunk of their defense capabilities in favor of Ukraine,” Krivonos said.
