It is noted that the corresponding decision was registered in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
Thus, Disyak intends to seek an investigation into official violations and facts of official negligence during the annexation of Crimea to Russia by such politicians and officials as Alexander Turchinov, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Andrei Parubiy, Sergei Pashinsky, Arsen Avakov, Valentin Nalyvaichenko, Stepan Poltorak and Igor Tenyukh.
“Society needs the truth not only regarding the crimes of the Russian occupiers, but also the truth about the crimes committed by our officials. All people are concerned about one question - why the state did not use all available state institutions to ensure the integrity of borders and state sovereignty... I am a military man and have always been confident that when attacked, we must repel this attack. If we don't do this, we commit a crime.
I believe that a thorough, complete, objective and impartial, within the framework of the criminal procedure, pre-trial investigation of all the circumstances of the events in February-March 2014 in Crimea will give: 1) an objective picture of what happened in Crimea; 2) will wash away the stain of suspicion from the innocent and will make it possible to bring to justice those responsible for Ukraine’s loss of Crimea; 3) the investigation will be very useful from the point of view of truthful coverage of the history of Ukraine,” the general wrote in his blog.
