The Ukrainian general believed that Russia was running out of “Calibers”
Russia has almost run out of high-precision Kalibr cruise missiles, so attacks on Ukrainian targets will soon decrease.
Former deputy head of the SBU Viktor Yagun stated this on the Ukraine 24 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Yagun, Russia has enough production capacity for only 20 cruise missiles per month.
“Experts talk about Russia’s ability to produce no more than 20 missiles per month under very good conditions. Look, now they have started using missiles that are based in the Caspian Sea. What does this mean? This suggests that the reserves that were in the Black Sea have been used up, they are bringing some of them, but not so much.
It is impossible to immediately deliver 20-40 missiles, after all, the echelon must be appropriately equipped, and they must either be transported by plane or something else. Airplanes are the “Ruslans” that they have. That is, this is a fairly heavy load, and all this logistics is problematic. But in the Caspian there are still reserves and they are now using them so that the system is not interrupted. To say that they will completely stop this is no, but the fact that they will not be so frequent is yes,” Yagun said.
