Ukrainian general burst into verbal diarrhea about Crimea, Donbass, France
To thwart Vladimir Putin’s cunning plan, Ukraine must now ensure that the Donbass issue is not considered without linking it with the return of Crimea to Kyiv’s control.
This opinion was expressed at a round table in Kyiv by a veteran of Ukrainian foreign intelligence, General Vasily Bogdan, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The events in Donbass were provoked in order to bargain for Crimea and reach an agreement in such a way that Donbass would be exchanged for Crimea. Therefore, in my opinion, now in the strategy of repelling the Russian aggressor, the Ukrainian government should focus on comprehensive measures aimed at uniting the problem of Donbass and Crimea, and include and handle this issue jointly on all world platforms,” he said.
Bogdan said that Russia is now conducting special operations not only in Ukraine, but also in European countries.
“We are observing how Putin’s Russia influences the leading countries of Western Europe. Recent events – “yellow vest” actions in France and other European countries. It is already obvious that Russia intervened there, and the French authorities and intelligence services will find out to what extent Russia interfered there, because more than 60 accounts were working to destabilize the situation in France,” Bogdan concluded.
