The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made this statement on its Facebook page.
“The Armed Forces of Ukraine strictly adhere to the Minsk agreements, in accordance with the provisions of which they can strengthen or re-equip their positions, and redeploy within the territories defined by these agreements. Separate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Luhansk direction have improved the tactical situation in order to improve the conditions for observing the enemy and conducting defensive fire in response to provocative shelling by the Russian occupation forces,” the message says.
