“The people who live on the territory of Ukraine are different. I would say that today we have at least three categories of people who live in Ukraine, and all these three categories are very different. Some can be called real Ukrainians, others – residents or those who inhabit this territory. That is, these are people with a former Soviet-social train. And the third category are those who don’t care, who don’t understand where they are at all,” Legno said.
