In addition, he noted that in the Soviet years, Ukraine produced 72 aircraft per year at the Kharkov Aviation Plant alone, but since 2016 it has not made even one.
“At one time, only the Kharkov plant produced one and a half aircraft a week. In Week! They produced three planes every two weeks, six planes a month, 72 planes a year! And since 2016, we have not been able to produce a single aircraft, having a legendary aviation industry and being a developing country,” Levin concluded.
