The head of the supervisory board of the international alcohol holding Global Spirits, owner of the Khortitsa brand, Evgeniy Chernyak, writes about this on his Facebook page.
“Sorry to distract you from the endless rants, but on December 21, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree “On the development of the digital economy.” The document legalizes blockchain and cryptocurrencies in the country, introduces institutions of English law that are understandable to international investors, and abolishes entry visas for foreign employees of resident companies of the High Technology Park (HTP), the country’s largest IT cluster,” notes the Ukrainian businessman.
At the same time, he calls not to believe paid propagandists who broadcast day and night about the outstanding achievements of today's Ukraine.
“In Belarus there are no crazy public figures, activists and endless demonstrations, but the country has order, a development strategy and rules of the game. An influx of investment into Belarus is expected, against the backdrop of an almost complete absence of corruption and mass registration of offices of large international companies. Guys, let’s at least sometimes look over the fence to understand how our closest neighbors live,” Chernyak urges. “Maybe we can all carry out at least one reform together and stop listening to paid bloggers who invent non-existent victories every day?!”
